With over 20 years of experience in IT and telecommunications, I have served as the managing director for IT-managed services companies for the last decade or more.

I oversee the daily operations of the Service Desk Engineers, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to foster relationships and build rapport across teams. I act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and queries. I am a strong advocate for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and serve as Aura's Suicide and Mental Health First Aider.

Operations Manager
I have over 25 years working in the IT industry and 15 years in the MSP space. Working in a start up MSP to expanding client base and building teams.
Andre Vaux
Director
I work closely with the commercial director, AM team, and procurement. My responsibilities include managing contracts, billing/finance, training, process improvements, and overseeing accreditations and service management. I enjoy working with multiple teams daily, as it keeps me engaged. I'm also thankful for the work/life balance and flexibility that Aura provides.

I’m responsible for overseeing the operations of our Outsource sites. I work closely with our onsite engineers, providing guidance and support not only in their customer facing work but also in fostering collaboration across our internal departments. My focus is on ensuring our teams are aligned, efficient, and equipped to deliver the highest level of service to our clients.

I am responsible for the day-to-day finance operations of Aura and providing management information. For most people, I’m the payroll guy! "I joined Aura in 2021 and was immediately made to feel part of the team and it has been a great company to be part of. The management group have been supportive of implementing changes and new ideas are encouraged.

I have over ten years of technical expertise in managing and ensuring the smooth and dependable functioning of the IT infrastructure for our customers. I am responsible for creating and executing protocols for detecting, responding to, and resolving incidents in order to reduce downtime and service interruptions.

I am an experienced non-executive director with a financial management background in the private sector. Although a finance professional, I have worked as a CEO and managed several business transactions such as MBIs, MBOs, acquisitions, mergers, disposals, restructurings, and business turnarounds.

I maintain the accuracy of our internal toolsets and ensure that automation is in place to deploy software and keep customer endpoints healthy. Head of Centralised Services
I oversee and coordinate the activities of the Service Desk, DBA (Database Administration), and Change Management teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery and operational stability. I am responsible for maintaining high service levels, optimising team performance, managing escalations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

As Head of Project Management, I assist in running a great team of people who deliver customer projects of all sizes and duration. We engage regularly with customers, vendors, and other groups across the business to help deliver these projects on time. I have over ten years of experience in IT and business change, overseeing dynamic organisational change with commercial values exceeding £100m. I have successfully implemented governance and quality policy frameworks, led programme boards, managed live projects and staff, and gained a robust understanding of strategic organisational needs.
